- Once we receive your final approval on your personalized poem gift, within 48 hours, via email, you will receive a digital copy of your poem in PDF and Word formats, along with a digital copy of your print in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats.
- Once we receive your final approval on your personalized poem gift, your canvas print design will be submitted to our print team, with an average production time of 1 to 4 business days. Please note that during the holiday season, with a higher volume of orders to fulfill, some orders can take a few extra days to be completed.
- Your finished print will be shipped to you via UPS or USPS ground, with an average shipping time to your door or the door of your recipient of 1 to 5 days.
