The Poetic Touches Collaboration Process: How it Works
At Poetic Touches, we will collaborate and work with you to make sure we have all the details we need to craft a poem and gift that are highly personalized, resulting in a final product you and your recipient will always love and treasure. The key to this process is a 30-minute consultation with you, giving us a chance to chat with you about your vision for your gift and the details you want to include in your poem. Here’s how our collaboration process works, in 3 simple steps. (You will also find these steps and links included with the receipt for your gift order.)

1. Schedule Your 30-Minute Collaboration
Head to Calendly to pick a 30-minute time slot for your collaboration. We have openings during weekday evenings as well as Saturday mornings. You’ll indicate how you’d like to chat with us, either over the phone, or a face-to-face collaboration via Zoom or FaceTime.

2. Complete Our Pre-Collaboration Questionnaire
At least 24 hours prior to your chosen collaboration time, please complete this Google Form. We want to be well-prepared for our time together with you. We want that time to be as productive as possible so we can do our very best in crafting for you a perfect poem and final gift.

3. Send Us Your Photo(s) Via Email
If you've chosen a digital or canvas print, please send us your photo(s) for your gift to this email address (photos@poetictouches.com)
Not sure yet which photo you’d like to combine with your personalized poem? No problem. Email us all photos you’re considering and we’ll work with you to narrow down which one(s) will work best.
