Personalized Presents with Poetic Touches: The Experience

Lynn S. was looking for a birthday present for her sister and brother-in-law, whose birthdays are just a few days apart. Their daughter, Lynn's niece, was away out-of-state on a church service mission. "They're such incredible parents," Lynn said. "What could I get to celebrate them and the success of my niece?"

Later, he shared with me a draft of the poem, and I really loved it already! I just asked him if we could make a couple of tweaks, which he did, and then it was perfect."
