This little poem was written as a comment on the Facebook page of my favorite fantasy author, Brandon Sanderson. His writing is excellent! These words echoed the hearts of many fans, wondering how soon they could read his latest tome from his award-winning Stormlight Archive epic series.
An Ode to Brandon
Oh Cosmere, why must we wait for so long
To hear again tales from your epic war?
To relish in your scenes and in your songs,
Delighting in all Brandon has in store?
What news from Roshar's monumental scribe?
What tales of Kaladin and Dalinar?
What mysteries and secrets doth yet hide
As Sanderson again will raise the bar?
Oh, may we find more patience in our hearts,
As Brandon pens again a masterpiece.
The master of producing written arts,
Will dazzle once again with this release.
